The Government of Cyprus offers a Permanent Residence by Investment program, enabling eligible non-EU nationals to obtain permanent residency through a qualifying investment in Cyprus.
Under the current scheme, applicants qualify by purchasing new residential property in Cyprus with a minimum value of €300,000 (plus VAT, where applicable).

Required Documents
All documents must be submitted in English or Greek. Documents issued in any other language must be accompanied by an official certified translation. Foreign public documents must be duly certified (e.g. Apostille or other applicable legalization, depending on the country of issue).
- Notarized Passport Copy.
