Mr Chen Biyuan, founder and manager of SHANGHAI JINPENG STEEL STRUCTURE CO. LTD.

He came to Cyprus with his wife and he liked the country and its quiet vibe, that he decided to get the residence. Mr Chen got a sea front apartment in Phinikoudes beach in the tourist street where he liked very much.
