ERMU SQUARE HOTEL – LARNACA CENTER

In 2018 , CYPRUS FUTURE GROUP LTD company decided to invest in the field of hotels in the city of Larnaca. The company purchased a promising listed house along with an empty plot right next to it in the heart of the city centre for the construction of a brand new Boutique Hotel. The hotel will include 9 floors of 36 rooms whereas the ground floor will accommodate a public café, lounge bar and a restaurant. Overall, the project design and construction will take up to two years.
